How to Enable "End Task" on Taskbar in Windows 11

 



  1. Open Settings: Press the Windows key + I on your keyboard to open the Settings menu.

  2. Go to System: Click on System in the left sidebar, then select For developers.

  3. Enable End Task: Find the End Task option and switch the toggle to On. Now you can right-click any app on the taskbar and select End Task to close it instantly.

Your changes are applied instantly. You can now close the settings.
