3. Configure breaks: The app will automatically schedule short breaks for you. This helps your brain stay fresh.
4. Silence notifications: When a session is active, Windows will automatically turn on "Do Not Disturb" mode so no pop-ups distract you.
5. Connect your tasks: You can link your Microsoft To Do list to see your goals directly in the Clock app.
