If you spend long hours in front of your computer screen at night, the blue light can cause significant eye strain and make it harder to fall asleep. Windows has a great built-in feature to solve this problem.

  1. Right-click on your desktop background and select "Display settings".
  2. Under the "Brightness & color" section, look for "Night light".
  3. Move the toggle switch to "On".
  4. You can click on the small arrow next to the toggle to adjust the strength of the warm color.

Enabling this simple setting filters out harsh blue light, making your display much easier on your eyes in a dark room.
