How to Use Focus Assist to Silence Notifications on Windows

 Focus Assist helps you stay concentrated by blocking distracting notifications while you work, study, or play games.

  1. Open Settings and go to System.

  2. Click on Focus (or Focus assist).

  3. Select Alarms only or Priority only to limit which notifications can pop up.

  4. Enable Automatic rules to silence alerts during specific hours or while playing games.

  5. You can check your Notification Center (Win + N) later to see any alerts you missed.
