Are websites taking forever to load on your screen? When your web browser saves too many temporary files (known as cache) to help load pages faster, it can actually get overloaded and slow down your internet experience. Here is how to clean it up and make pages load fast again.
Step 1: Open the Clear Browsing Data Menu The fastest way to clean your browser is using a universal keyboard shortcut that works on Chrome, Edge, and Opera.
Open your web browser.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard at the same time.
A "Clear browsing data" window will immediately pop up on your screen.
Step 2: Select the Right Settings To properly fix the slow loading issue, you need to clear the entire history of saved temporary files.
Choose "All time" from the time range drop-down menu at the top.
Check the box next to "Cached images and files". (Note: You can safely uncheck passwords and browsing history if you want to keep them).
Click the "Clear data" button.
Close your browser completely and open it again. Your favorite websites should now load much faster!
